Blue Marble Tops

I made these cupcakes on Aug. 8th for my cousins 14th birthday. I made chocolate cupcakes and vanilla cupcakes and some i made into marble cupcakes, I frosted them with her favorite color. Blue frosting and added sliver glitter sprinkles and green pearls.
