There
is something that is elegant about an engagement ring, whether it is the
diamond, the setting, or just the sparkly feeling it brings. These cupcakes
were a made for that special elegant moment.
I made
some chocolate and some vanilla cupcakes that I frosted with a soft yet
gorgeous purple frosting, then sprinkled fancy pearls. Finally, I added cupcake
toppers to finish the look.
